Dutch photographer ERWIN OLAF is a genius at surprising and provoking people. It feels like his photos are taken in another universe that is sterile yet very open with no boundaries. There are a lot of photos that I really like but then there are a lot of his work that is a bit too provocative for me.
I'll let you judge for yourself.

I love this French photographer. The photos are not taken yesterday but it feels like they could be taken tomorrow. GUY BOURDIN'S favorite subjects seems to be women's bodies and death, at least if you look at the masterpieces he has created throughout the years.

JENNY LEXANDER is a Swedish photographer based in Paris that I discovered through a friend of mine. Jenny has a very mysterious and dream like photo style that touches your heart deeply.

I have loved MATTIAS EDWALL'S photos from the moment I saw the photos he took of the Swedish circus CIRKÖR many years ago. He is a really good fashion and portrait photographer where his lighting skills are very present.

I first discovered BENEDIKTE UGLAND when I saw a really light portrait of a girl. This photo made me want to see more and when I went to her website I was really surprised. Benedikte has taken a series of photos of farmers in Sweden that really touched me. They have nothing to do with the portrait of the girl but the photos remind me of my childhood neighbours.

Wow!!! When I discovered BRUNO DAYAN'S fashion photos I just fell of my chair. His photos are very procative but oh so beautiful (the most procative are to discover on his website). I had a really hard time choosing which photos I should show here. On his website there are soo many more.

One of the best fashion photographers out there today is absolutely english born TIM WALKER. He inspires me widely with his imaginary scenography and the models put out of the context we are used to see.

I discovered SALLY MANN in 2007 at an expo in Stockholm and I found the photos very fascinating! She is using her children as models and she is mixing the innocent child with the adult world in a quite provocative way. There is still very much magic in Sally Mann's photos.

LARS RANEK is a photographer that has a very pure style, I guess the style that is very typical to Scandinavia. Normally I am not a big fan of this kind of photos which are very advertising oriented but I think that he is an exception that is worth showing.

Today I will share a classic with you. ELLIOTT ERWITT is a photographer who loves dogs and children. It's hard to not notice and his legendary photos of especially dogs in all its sizes is what has made him famous.
I wanted to show you more than just Elliott Erwitt's talent of capturing dogs though. Enjoy the magic of black and white photos taken by a legend.

Maybe the name ANNIKA ASCHBERG doesn't ring a bell but I am sure that you have seen her photos of MADONNA for example. Although, those are not the photos I prefer but the ones that has this special feeling in theme that makes you want to enter and discover what you can't see.
